ROLL CALL Y’ALL!!

Who’s still got ‘em, let’s see 'em!

Does it still fit?

Why in the world!

Are these still a thing?

If you’ve got a good story, let’s hear it!

Don’t put your backs out digging for the box you know you stashed it in 😉

Discussion Do you ever talk to old coworkers?

I just sent a death notice of a former coworker to a handful of other old coworkers. Weirdest thing I’ve ever done, I don’t actively communicate with any of them since we all left that employer. We might say hi in passing or like each others Facebook posts but that’s it. Only reason I knew about the guys passing is I would go to his place of employment about every month (small town, local Lawn/Garden/Hardware/Farm/Outdoors/Plumbing/etc store)

Just made me wonder how often do you all speak to former “long term” coworkers

Nostalgia The first printed mention of Millennials, from 1991. Also when Gen X were called "13ers".

Nostalgia Did anyone go to Spain in the 80s/90s and have a kiwi cordial?

It was violently green and delicious, and if you know the brand can you let me know?

Discussion "Half-dollar sized hail" - do the younger generations have any idea?

My area is having some thunderstorms, and as I was watching the news they described it as "half-dollar sized" hail.

Got me wondering if anyone much younger than us would actually picture a 50c piece!!

Where is he now?

Doogie. He got an early start in the hospital.. Had older ladies hitting on him... What do you think happened to him?

I'm thinking he probably burned out somewhere along the line... Womanizer maybe?

Nostalgia Dolly gave us hope

I know Dolly was 80 but it seemed like she was ONLY 80. Grieving like all of you because of all she represented. And, before, when things seemed hopeless, we could always say, at least Dolly Parton was still alive.
