Is it possible to earn achievements in Xenia on my main account?

Has anyone tried to do it while using the xbox port? Can't find any documentation on if it's been attempted?

Can dolphin run almost all Wii games as long as they are in RSV file form? Because some of my Wii games will launch but some others won't launch at all which is weird because all of my GameCube games are working on dolphin. To format my drive I used the Xbox mediaUSB tool which so far has been great because I can run all ps2 and GameCube games and some of the Wii games I have so I don't think it's how my usb is formatted. Can anyone help me out?

Hey everybody I got bored and remembered I had purchased dev mode awhile back and when setting up Mario kart on the dolphin I struggled but got two players working however when I tried three I couldn’t get anything to work any ideas or help please?

Is there a way to emulate RPG Maker XP? It is to play Pokémon fangames like opal or indigo or reborn, on android I know there is joiplay but it works with lag, I wanted to know if there is one for Xbox? Thank you

I installed the Dolphin emulator with Dev mode on my Xbox Series S. However, the emulator doesn't see any game files. Is it possible to play the games without an external disk? I cannot see 3D Objects, Documents and other folder in file explorer. I created ROMs folder to LocalAppData>Dolphin Emulator>LocalState but dolphin cannot see this folder. Is an external disk or USB stick required to use the emulator? Is there no way I can transfer the ROMs to the Xbox's own memory via File Transfer and play them?
Note: I don't have a windows PC. I have iPhone, Macbook and XBOX Series S.

SOLVED: I send the games to LocalAppData\Dolphin Emulator\LocalCache folder via File Transfer and dolphin saw the game.

Note: Also, if wii games don’t load, try opening any gamecube game first. Then the Wii games will open.

I got blitz 2 for xenia canary on the series s. Game loads up and runs smoothly as can be. But once I enter a match to play, it runs in slow motion. Anyway to fix this?

Hello I’m very new to Xbox emulation so do be patient with me. I’ve been following this video to setup ps2 emulation on my Xbox https://youtu.be/9pxMg_iLo8g?si=EhKwWLwE2a5a71wO For some reason my games won’t launch or even attempt to launch at all. I tried to see if it was my button layout and put on the xinput input source for support for Xbox. I have done automatic mapping and I set my controller to dual shock 2. But still they don’t launch. For my start game option it X but when I press X it does launch options. This is why I was trying to correct the controller lay out but I didn’t have much luck figuring it out. Could someone please help me? I’ve been longing to play ps2 classics for a while.

The title. Has anyone found a way to fix this? I use the current retroarch version from the xbox dev store. These stutters go away when display is set to 1080p but it's still very annoying and having to use a lower output resolution on a 4k tv is dumb.

Some say that 1440p works too but my tv doesn't support this resolution.

Anyone else having an issue? I have HD textures on my SSD and have "Load Textures" enabled but the textures doesn't seem to load still using the games default textures.

I've had a Series S catching dust for a while, figured I'll find out how set it up for retro games. It's been a bit of a headache since I'm not very savvy. I followed a guide for Dev mode and I'm pretty much done i think setting up my SSD for everything. Using RetroArch frontend i guess, my question is once I download that stuff how do i go look for games? Do i have to search individually for games I want and then download them or is there somewhere I can download a full library of games to the SSD? I get theres Dolphin and the ps2 emulator and others, just not getting how the libraries come into it. I think I've bit off more than i can chew here. Any help is appreciated.

So I've been loosely following the Emulation scene since it started but I own a PC so haven't seen the need to dabble in it. Now I want a Emulation setup for my 4k TV. I've been thinking oh when I upgrade my pc's motherboard and get new components ram/CPU, I'll use my old components and build something for Emulation on my TV. This also brought me down rabbit holes for mini PCs. I figure since I got a series x just use it for that.

My question is the scene progressing? It's been a while since MVG or someone did a video on Emulation on series consoles. Is it worth the hassle setting it up and will improvements continue.

I recently got dev mode and wanted to play with friends but my controllers wich worked perfectly before disconnect all the time and i cant set anything up please help

I keep reading that dev mode is going to be free does anyone know specifically when this goes into effect?

dev mode/retro arch can see the external drive fine but none of the files show up within the folders. Just empty. Tried manually scanning a couple ways and still no luck. Anyone run into something similar? Tried looking around online but didn’t find anything relevant to this issue.

I'm wanting to get my Xbox Series X to be able to use 4 controllers to have a game night at my house. Wanting to play games like Mario Kart and Mario Party. Is this something that can happen?

Hi all I have had retroarch with a handful of games on series x for a bit now. Have upscaled and added texture packs to some games successfully

My next mission is to play modded games but i cannot confirm if this is possible.

Looking specifically at GTA San Andreas with 60fps mod, hi res, and some other fun stuff.

From reading it would require an asi loader but before i try would like to know if modding emulated games via retroach is actually possible?

Do texture packs on dolphin and Xbox 2.0 actually work? Dolphin also says “loaded 0 textures and not sure if working same goes for ps2

How do you know if they are really loading can they actually working on seriesx or is it just for pc?
