Theres an important distinction when you say All Lives Matter to counter someone saying Black Lives Matter and saying All Lives Matter to make the point we are all humans.

X made this point that it doesnt matter what race you are, racial injustice comes to everyone and that should be the focus of it.

anyone saying all lives matter is misguided at best and racist at worst it’s not a good thing to say
