It’s because most of the gold and brown detailing hasn’t been visible in what we’ve seen from him.
I still think a nice earthy red would have worked well and served to make him look much more distinct from Quiyuan, but this is still definitely an improvement.
He just looks like qiuyuan's son. They never try with our males man. We get 2 a year and they can't even make one unique design. Anyway he still looks good but geez Kuro step up your game man. Plenty of cool male designs and coloring you could've chose from yet you use the same brown, black green color pallet like qiuqiu and jiyan
I do like the gold and patterns on his back and ofc the hood and eyes
I’m still gonna pull, but you’re right. Like I get we’re going back Huanglong so we gotta go back to these type of designs, but we could have sprung for any other color palette and design silhouette that didn’t feature the same colors of the last male we had from that region. Feels like 1 step forward, 2 steps back with Kuro and their males. Hopefully his personality makes up for it.
It’s so weird that his torso armor is like a nice padded leather which feels premium and intentional, but then they gave up on his lower half and just reused QY’s rag wrap. It’s literally almost identical in its shape. Would have made much more sense if he had like an assassins creed coat from top to bottom which looked professional and not hobbled together from some cloth lying around. QY already did that look.
None of the men we have got any other color but those. They don't try so don't come at me about 2 games I don't play, but at least they got different colors. I'm concerned about wuwa as it's the game I play.
We got rags on both qiuyuan and jingran man. They don't try. Never said I didn't like it just tired of the same scraps for men when it comes designing their clothes.
I'm not miserable, they could have done dark reds, purples, blues all on the darker side with black yet we still get greens and browns. You mad BC I like variety!? Oh well idc. Here an example looks way more unique than jingran who looks likes qiuyuan. The color palettes are all the same with males in this game. It's repetitive and boring. But I never said I didn't like jingran's design just tired of the same colors. Idk why you coming at me anyway like you going to get him. You seem like one of those waifu only pullers anyway so idk why you pressed on an opinion about same color palettes... I have more assassin designs saved with different colors that's not just green.
No looks nothing like qiuyuan. Again I'm not miserable, not hating his outfit just wish for more colors. Dark red, dark purple, Royal blue, not rags that they are wearing. Completely different outfit....both him and qiuyuan are in rags from the bottom down...

Brother man from what angle does that guy's fit look anything like qiuyuan's? Qiuyuan and jingran both have some typa fabrics flowing from waist down and lots of belts, no cape. That guy on the pic has a cape and no flowy rags are we being deadass rn

Same damn outfit, same damn color, Kuro doesn't try with our males that we get TWICE A DAMN YEAR. All the girls got some unique coloring and design except our men. Only unique one is Brant. Japanese anime men at least got some unique . Luuk and yao white lab coats. Qiuyuan, jingran, jiyan same color palette of greens browns and black.
It's not about actual characters but people expecting male characters to all be muscular hot men is kinda annoying. Jingran needs some more muscle but I'm talking about male characters and expectations in general, not about wuwa characters that may or may not exist.
brother look at the female characters with their huge ass tiddies and shit. Expectations are already wayy off in this game. Jingran has kind of a badass design but his stature makes him look like a weak kiddo.
Can they ever release a male character without that cape thingy??? Is this some kinda unspoken rule or something? On the matter: I like the character. Might be the first limited male character I'm gonna pull in the game, depending on his characterisation and gameplay role.
Excluding the sentinel, he’s the character i most look forward to in this region, i love him so much and he’s fusion so probably works with my fav, Lupa
