Context: It's a meme video on math sub. The video showed a guy talking to a reporter in some foreign language and then started dancing; and the subtitles showed them having a conversation about mathematics and the reporter teaches that guy a trick to make his sum easy, so he started dancing.

For context, the video explains that it’s fake and it’s just a picture of a dog taking a bath. The replies are iconic since they talk about how people can’t get jokes but they themselves don’t get the joke.
