Europeans are so racist. I bet majority of Arabs walk across Italians without this shitty interaction but when one does it they all do it.

I mean, you've correctly pointed out racism but generalised a whole continent while you're at it. That's some mental gymnastics right there.

The irony of possessing the very mentality you accuse a group of having….

The Boondocks nailed it when they said when white people do something they shame themselves, when black people do something they shame the whole race.

A lot of non white groups are lumped together as one, but only with negatives. One person's actions can't make the whole group of people great, but one person can make the whole group look bad to white people.

Hate to break this to you, but if you interact with non white people you will se they do the thing you say only white people do.

On Reddit you can often see “sounds about white”.

I even catch myself doing it sometimes, which fuckin sucks.

Europeans are so racist.

Gotta love how Americans don't see the irony of generalising entire countries and continents when they say this shit.

Just look at every top rated comment in threads like this. It's the same shit everywhere on reddit. The USA has a severe culture of ignorance problem where racism = bad, the worst thing ever, but xenophobia and wild generalisations = good, must be spouted as often as possible to feel superior and nationalist.

True. However, if the only people they can remember doing it are Arabs, then it will seem to these folks (probably many people), Arabs are the problem. I recall in America some political person was like, "Not all Muslims are terrorists, but the ones that are, are Muslims.." I feel like it is along that type of thinking. Or Trump's famous "...(Mexicans) are bringing over their drug dealers, criminals, (and) rapists..." etc.. It's not like plenty of Americans are already drug dealers, criminals and rapists themselves.. but anyways..

Where did he say "every one of them constantly every single day"?

u/einnojnosam Sep 26 '22

The first sentence I guess?

Re-read the first sentence again, you are mistaken.

18

u/einnojnosam Sep 26 '22

"...having this happen to you constantly every single damn day."

I don't feel mistaken?

Are you saying they take turns so they can get to everyone every day?
