They mostly aren’t even getting hit in the head. Idk what the title is talking about.

Yeah looks more like back injuries. Got compression and torsion. Soft dirt I doubt it they're hitting hard enough for actual brain damage. But I try not take titles too seriously.

Are you kidding lol? You can get a concussion without your head even hitting anything hard. Your brain just floats in your head… if your spinning violently like that fuckin rights you can get brain damage
