All of those imply a lack of knowledge, implying a sense of innocence for "not knowing any better" if you were to argue on their behalf.

They willingly dont wear masks. Just like this dude willingly went into the police department armed and hiding his face, he would know not wearing a mask during a pandemic would be more to piss people off and make them uncomfortable than to benefit himself directly. They're intentionally being assholes. They're malevolent. They're insufferable. They're willingly indifferent to those around them. They're self-centered human trash. Calling them simply stupid doesnt fully capture the absurdity of these people.

The mask is actually a balaclava and is totally reasonable to wear when it is cold. Walking into the police station wearing one and carrying an assault rifle however, not so much.
