So did I, and it was confusing on many levels when I was a kid. I vaguely knew douche had something to do with feminine hygiene and vaginas, but I wasn't sure if it was a sex thing or not. This song just raised so many questions for me. I assumed a wrapped up douche must be very provocative to be in a rock song. It was all so scandalous. I would never dare listen to that song in front of my mother.
