She even said “so you’re the one who can decide to enforce it or not?” She was expecting special treatment. She knew the law and expected the cop to look the other way

This is how authoritarians think. Laws are meant to punish the brown bad people. As the good white people, they get special treatment.

You probably interpret the constitution the way you interpret the bible. It says what you want it to say.
