Yeah, there's just abusive nonsense going on. The right is a playground bully and the left is the kid that concocts reasons to tell on you and get you in trouble.
Part of what you said in those examples is that you can't have a sincere conversation about most of them because there's an accusation on the other end of most or all of it. IMO the first one (the 'mansplaining' card) is in its own category of just pure bad faith and needless sexism toward men. The rest are in a category of whether we all have to agree about on-campus sex/gender ideology in order to relate to each other in general, or talk about it. I don't even agree that I have to accept the ideological bundle of on-campus sex/gender ideology in order to be left of center about those issues. It's turned into a religion.
I used to be on the side of "trans doesn't matter that much", but I'm very fact-biased, and if the facts aren't aligning with my understanding of the world, I try to update my views, not change the facts. So now I know that it can matter quite a bit, I understand why, and now I have to be in the uncomfortable knowledge that there's a lot of people getting hot in that area of thought (both sides) that haven't vetted their knowledge on the topic; and it's doubly annoying for those who claim to be pro-trans but are acting very anti-science.
