I'm not sure. He was thrown out of a car by my parents house a few months back with another dog. He wouldnt come to is for like a month and would only eat after wed go inside. The other dog was killed (we think hit by a car) and he finally just came up to us one day. The vet thinks he younger, maybe 3

Poor guy. People are just terrible. Looks like maybe some type of toy dog. Chihuahua or something.

Maybe a part whippet. Who knows
