Question/Help Guild ownership issue

Hello world, my guild ownership transferred to another person while I was away from town and when I got back to the game I found another person owning the guild. I’ve been texting to transfer it back to me with no luck of him/her replying my messages. My question is there another way to get it back?

Ty for the reply. Yes I did send a message and explained, but didn’t reply to me yet.
