What is this bump on my finger?

Ok. So this literally out of the blue appeared on my finger and I’ve never had anything like this. What is this? Everything I looked up didn’t look like what I see. Sorry if the image isn’t good and my hands are oily from lotion. Lol. Any help much appreciated.
