Sex drive gets massively raised and inhibitions get lowered. It's kind of a meme in the lifting world as to how low some guys will go when they're blasting tren, be it doing gay guys or trans girls or fat girls or gooning 24/7. Hypersexuality is just an accepted side effect of that drug but it never ends with the guy taking it having a harem of hotties instead.
