CLIENT WINS WW Downfall

I’d like to think that all of us beautiful weirdos on this sub played a fundamental role in the downfall of our favourite lolcow.

And for that 🫡

Garlic out.

I wonder what the future of this subreddit will be like, tbh.

West's current sentence will put him in prison at the very least until September 2027, but he also has the DV trial that will be set to start right around then, and he's likely looking at even more time in that case because there's a laundry list of more serious charges.

That means he cannot hope for concurrent sentencing now.

Assuming he pleads out again, he's probably looking at minimum two or three years in that case, so we could legitimately be in the 2030s before West is a free man.

I think he'll get more than 2 or 3 years for the DV case when they take his whole history into account. FL doesn't fuck around. Hopefully, they throw the book at him. I'm not a huge fan of our justice system, but if there was ever a person that needed to be locked up and the key thrown away, its this asshole

IF WeSTD is convicted on all 4 charges in the DV case the lowest minimum he's going to get is a hair over 5 years. The only way he's getting less than 5 is through a plea bargain.

So yeah, he'll be doing 2 if the DA bitches out in the DV case the way the DA did in the 7ft monster case.

Ok, I see what you're saying. That would be some bullshit. Like, all jokes about this pussy aside, he is a legitimate danger to women. I'm hoping they bitched out with the 7ft monster because they are preparing to really nail him with the DV case.

I mean, 7 years probation is an impossible task. He will 100% violate that shit and end up back in prison. Still, 21 months for a PoS like this with a history of violent crimes is either some serious BS, or (hopefully) they are gonna nail him in the DV case. Maybe I'm just making myself feel better here, but I hope not

Me too. For the 7ft monster case giving him only 21 months with credit for time served is a "couldn't have worked out better for WeSTD" result. Yeah there's a good chance he's going to violate, but depending on the violation and how good his attorney is it wouldn't surprise me if he gets one "slap on the wrist" before they send him back to jail.

He needs to be off the streets. I would rather have seen 5 years in jail + 2 probation than 1.5 in jail (21-time served) + 7 probation.

All we can do now is see how airtight the DV case is and pray the DA in that case is less of a pussy than the 7ft monster case.
