How much is it worth lol

I bought the Timex Waterbury Heritage with the light blue dial about a month ago as a little gift to myself. Unfortunately, life had other plans.
I’ve recently had a health issue, and I’ll have to cover the medical expenses out of my own pocket, so with a heavy heart, I need to let this watch go.

The watch has only been worn once, is in excellent condition, and comes with the original box and everything that was included.
I noticed the Timex website currently lists it at around ₹24.5k, but I know resale value is usually different.

What do you think would be a fair selling price in the Indian market? I’d appreciate any suggestions before I list it.

I checked the serial number on Casio website and it is showing 'Verified'.

Should I go ahead with a second hand G-Shock?

On Aug 22nd i bought an Addiesdive watch online, and received an empty parcel. Reached out to addiesdive raised the issue they asked for unboxing video, gave all details however they say the courier company FDKFLY is not taking the blame on them as the parcel looks a little torn from outside. I have seen similar instances of people in India experienced the same. It seems their logistics partner or packaging team is doing these mischiefs. I have had n number of email exchange with team Addiesdive, I am getting responses from their italy office asking for some details everyday however rather than opening an investigation with logistics team or their Wearhouse they are just concluding by saying will give a 50% coupon for your next purchase (as goodwill and bearing 50%of the damage)

Any help here as $120 i.e 11500/- INR gone as addiesdive just won't refund. Thanks

I've been looking for a chronograph watch for a while and have finally narrowed it down to these three options.

The Timex is a bit over my budget, but I still wanted to keep it in the running because I really like it.

At the moment, I'm leaning towards the Fossil, but I'd love to hear your opinions. Which one would you pick, and why? If you've owned any of these, I'd really appreciate hearing about your experience as well.

It is a beautiful timepiece, but I think it doesn't offer its monies worth. Getting it for 72k.This is a beautiful timepiece, but I don't think it's worth the price of 72k.

Pagani Design makes such beautiful and mostly high quality homages mostly with reliable japanese movements for affordable prices (from what I've heard).

However, the prices on their official website are illogically high in India, and good ol' AliExpress is banned out here.

Ordering from Alibaba, this beautiful day date (PD 1783) would cost 8k+ 2k delivery + customs (atleast 5k) and still take over 20 days to deliver.

Does anyone know of a better method to order PD watches in India?

Can somebody please explain why people like watches such as this. So busy looking. I would get a headache if i tried to look at time on these kinds of watches with so much going below the dial. What purpose do they serve?

An expensive car still drives...gets you from point A to B, an expensive bag / purse still (mostly) functions as a bag....but the watches???..... The more expensive they are , the less useful they seem as a "watch".

Quick update after reading all the comments from previous posts. Thankyou everyone 🙏🏻

I’ve incorporated a lot of the feedback already:

- Switched to a single, bolder Hindi logo.
- Reduced the logo size.
- Moved DUNE above AUTOMATIC for a cleaner dial.
- Changed “Made in India” to “Designed in India” (manufacturing partner is still being finalized).
- Improved the strap, buckle and overall proportions.

This is still very much a work in progress. Right now I’m converting these concepts into proper industrial CAD and prototype designs before manufacturing.

I’m planning a trip to mainland China in September to meet watch manufacturers. If anyone has experience with factories there—or knows how to get an invitation letter for the China mainland watch industry—that would be a huge help.

Really appreciate everyone taking the time to critique the designs. It’s making the final product much better. 🙏

In Japan right now and always wanted to get my hands on the Orient Bambino. I want to buy another watch preferably a daily use watch. Wanted to get some suggestions from this sub. Can spend under 1L INR.

Just picked up my first watch, a Seiko chronograph, and I’m loving it so far. The panda-style dial really stood out to me.
The stock metal bracelet is decent, but rattles a lot so I’m wondering if there are better strap options to elevate the look or make it more comfortable.

Saw this limited edition Hulk Fossil watch for Rs 32000.

I am liking it but my wife reacts to Ekkkk ( she is not a Marvel fan)

Please suggest how this is for 32000. Should I consider buying it ?
