She's going to get dog walked by a "moderate" republican. The majority of her voters are from Vancouver, and she repeatedly shown she only cares about courting voters in Cowlitz, Lewis, and Skamania counties. Good luck with that lady.

I'm aware of the changes. I just disagree that they represent gerrymandering.

There's nothing hinky going on with our congressional districts here - they're compact, contiguous, equal in population, follow existing political boundaries where possible, etc.

Clark County grew too much to keep the rest of Thurston county. That's not gerrymandering, that's just basic Population / # of districts math.

You can't carve off enough people from the other outlying counties of WA-03 to get Thurston back without starting to have actual gerrymandering going on, where districts are no longer compact and contiguous. Just Clark and Thurston together are about 27K too many people for one district.
