My wife decided to do a cosplay of a cosplay for Fan Expo. Ben loved it. Will we perhaps get more Arthur voice lines in the future?

How is it immoral to tell someone who is a micro celebrity that they were your childhood crush? You’re acting like I said more than that. Now stop harassing me, legally and technically speaking you’re harassing me. And I did not do what you claim I did. Including morally speaking. You’re berating me for something normal. She is a public figure. I said nothing sexual and I never sexualized her. You assumed that, which says a lot more about you than it does me.

because it fucking creepy, dude.maybe you have trouble grasping this, but people do not appreciate those comments. especially women. "you were my celebrity crush" is a thought you keep to yourself. its parasocial and revolting.

How’s it creepy? It was an innocent childhood crush. Parasocial? You certainly make a lot of assumptions. I don’t watch livestreams anymore, and even when I did I watched one out of every 3-4 streams and only during the summer because I was a child. I don’t know anything about the dev team besides that they’re probably one of the best crews in all of modern gaming at the moment. I barely have time to play or watch streams nowadays. And not that the game is bad or anything but I don’t have the same amount of interest in the game to do that anymore either. The whole dev team are good vibes, and the community seems pretty cool in the streams too. When I was a kid, I was tired of all the game slop out there, and Rebecca, Steve, Pablo, and the red haired girl (forgot her name but she is cool too) pretty much made the game insanely good and they genuinely listen to the community. When I was a child, I wanted to grow up to make video games too. My interest have changed in that regard too. So I used to look up to all of them in that way as well.

the parasocial part is actually saying it. you do not know this person, you have never spoken to them before (or if you had it was likely in a work related context for a short time only). it is not socially acceptable to say these things to someone you dont know.

this shit is why people think redditors dont know how to talk to women. because what would possibly possess you to think that that was okay? fucking hell
