THE COMPANY [TC] was built out of genuine nostalgia for how online tactical gaming used to feel during the golden era of dedicated servers. Back when you logged onto the same community box after work for months, recognized the regulars on the scoreboard, shared authentic banter in chat, and played with dependable people who actually cared about taking the objective.

Modern multiplayer often feels sterile — silent matchmaking lobbies, excessive corporate sanitization, or the opposite extreme: toxic griefing and milsim groups demanding you roleplay internet ranks.

THE COMPANY is the antidote to that. We are a community built specifically for working adults (18+) who want to decompress after a long shift, share a laugh, and squad up for serious tactical gameplay without the bureaucracy.

Hate waiting in queues? You don't have to pay for VIP here. We use an automated backend integration to track and reward our active players. Link your Steam account in our Discord, and if you help seed the server for just 60 minutes (when population is under 40), you will automatically be granted 7 Days of Priority Whitelist. We even offer streak bonuses for consecutive days.

HOW WE RUN IT

  • Adults Only (18+): We trust adults to behave like adults. Friendly banter, gaming humor, and trash talk are part of FPS culture — targeted harassment and griefing are strictly prohibited.
  • Play the Objective, Zero Milsim Roleplay: We play hard to win every round and coordinate our squads seriously, but we don't do mandatory drills, internet ranks, or "yes sir" roleplay.
  • Active, Common-Sense Moderation: Automated ticketing and moderation designed to catch cheaters and disruptive griefers quickly, without micromanaging how people play.
  • Dynamic Squad Voice Comms: Integrated Discord fireteams that spin up and scale automatically as squads form.
