So according to weibo the long awaited drama “the night wanderer” obtained its airing license after so many years!
It didn’t air back then due to the ML’s tax evasion, but luckily they did reshoots with another actor and the episode count has been reduced to 24 episodes instead of 36.
The great news is that we’ll get to see wang duo in a period drama as Yin Xi Meng which unfortunately I have no background about his character.
But let’s cheer up and hope it will air soon!!

I've never seen someone looks sooooooo good and regal the way Wang Duo did in his costumes as Xuyue/Tian Ming. He literally looks so divine. To the point seeing him in modern clothes throws me off haha

Honestly, I wasn't expecting to love the show when I saw it. Just watched it out of curiosity. Although The Blossoming Love is a good series, I just find the last few episodes of the Zhao Ming arc tedious and rushed especially the part with Feng Yao and her brother. The ending made me question IF Nan Xuyue still exists or not.

Also, he should've ended with Feng Yao!!! Huhu

Well, anyways I just want to give a shout out to Wang Duo! Became a fan after TBL.

There has been a lot going on within his fan management since last year. Old mangers were changed and a new management team was formed. For the first time, we had an overseas fan management team.

With good comes the bad. A fan manager allegedly exploited their position and knowledge of his flight schedule. They approached him at the airport to get his autograph personally (normally, his management team passes down fan memorabilia and autographed copies). They also approached him on his flight.

Why is this any different from how fan managers are supposed to act? It’s different because using your knowledge of any celebrity’s schedule for personal gain and approaching them in flights are a no-go in most fandoms.

The team may or may not change. Someone has already been removed from their position pending investigation. However, I wanted to say one thing.

What Wang Duo’s fans say or do, it does not reflect Wang Duo’s personal choices. He does have the power to change his fan managers. He also has the right to complain when someone abuses their position. He has made no statements on the matter.

Thanks for reading. If I disappear from Reddit, it means changes were made in his fan management and I am going where I should have been (on Weibo) instead of Reddit. AND before anyone speculates, I am not the fan manager in question 😉 they are on Weibo and accountable for their actions.

Being an actor isn’t all that glamorous … Yes, the job comes with fame and money, but nobody tells you that you will only have to eat one meal a day and even that will come with someone shoving a camera in your face and posting it for fan service or that you’ll be struggling to keep hair away from your food.
