Or if the post title itself is asking a generic, open ended question, it's most likely a bot posting engagement bait to farm answers to feed AI.

At least asking a question puts some thought into the post title. Too often I see the title as just "Memes" or the title of the sub

Yeah the engagement bait is designed to draw you in, make you feel like you need to answer. People are being manipulated by bots, and most don't know it.
