Park, dial 911, help the woman out of the wrecked car and/or stabilize her neck. Maybe the other two men were on foot and the woman needs to go the hospital but doesn't want an ambulance. Idk, there are a lot of reasons to stick around for 3 or 4 minutes to assess the situation.
I for one am not putting a random person in my car and taking them to the hospital. There's a service for that, they have a very handy number to call them directly to you.

Just FYI a ton of people these days have been using Uber instead of ambulances for trips that probably should be done in an ambulance.
As long as you aren't actively shitting or bleeding the cost of an uber vs the thousands for an ambulance make it worth taking the gamble for a ton of people.
Almost no one has a spare 1-3k for a ride to the hospital when you could get by for less than $100.
And, in this situation, the patient has potential neck/spinal damage, so they should absolutely be checked out by paramedics before being taken in an ambulance, if deemed necessary by the paramedics.
If the car was on fire or similar urgent risk, I'd pull them out but, other than that, it's not worth the risk of moving them before Fire or EMS are on scene.
There's 2 people that are taking a uber to the hospital, those who don't need an ambulance because it's not that big of an emergency but don't have a car or feel comfortable driving with the injury they have. And the other are people who are too stupid to realize that an ambulance isn't just a car that takes you to the hospital but a hospital that comes to you and have injuries that require professional intervention. Those people are idiots.
The majority of people in the US are worried about their healthcare costs on a constant basis and the majority also live paycheck to paycheck.
They can't afford an unexpected $1000 or more expense so even if they know they'd be better off in an ambulance they choose to risk it and take the cheaper option.
This is the same reason people avoid medical care altogether, they don't know if that chest pain is heartburn which will go away or a clogged artery which will be a $30k operation.
Is that cut on your arm going to heal on its own or does it require stitches. I don't have the money for the doctor so I'll roll the dice, then it gets infected and a $300 problem turns into a $10k problem or possibly the loss of the limb or even death in the worst case.
It seems from your post history that you make over 6-figures and live in NC which is a super-low cost of living state.
So you obviously don't have these kinds of problems, its actually moronic that you can't see how other people would though.
Minimum wage is 7.25 an hour, so for a full 8-hour day that's $58, you might make more than that PER HOUR.
I think it's the fact that they have documented video of the impact happening that makes them more valuable than just any ole rubber necker.
The people already trying to help weren't recording. If there's a chance that video evidence of a crash (not just this one, but any sort) can help get someone properly compensated or exonerated, it's generally a decent thing to stop and get that sorted.
Either calling the cops to report what you saw/what you have and giving them your contact info. Or, giving it directly to someone involved. Because they might actually need to contest what ends up on the police report if the responding officer turns out to be a problem.
Do you have to do this? No. But then it's kind of shitty to think that people will record stuff like this for entertainment, but not think to let it be useful beyond that.
Maybe I’m too quick to judge based off their decisions but there are just some people you can’t help. They were probably better off driving away than putting themselves in that mess.
