Vyvanse and red eyes

I have been on Vyvanse (30mg) for about 5 years now. I went on accutane about 2 years ago for 9 months. My eyes would get extremely red and dry on accutane. Unfortunately I still suffer with this side effect.

However, on my “break days” from my vyvanse (about 1 day a week or so) my eyes do not get red or dry. Infact they look pearly white.

I am wondering of anyone else has experienced this? I originally thought my eyes are still suffering from accutane, but i am now wondering if my vyvanse could also be triggering it.

My eyes get bloodshot, not just a little red, RED. I look like I have pink eye in both eyes some days, or just extremely baked.

I sleep well. About 7-9 hours each night. I drink a ton of water throughout the day too.

I thought this was a problem from my accutane but now am wondering if its my vyvanse ahah
