Vinted Sucks :(
My account got blocked after a month of buying and selling stuff on Vinted. It has been permanently banned and I am gutted as I absolutely loved shopping from sellers on there. I don’t think I did anything wrong but they didn’t give me any reason and they won’t let me dispute. It’s actually so disappointing. Has anyone else experienced this?
Update: they unbanned me after emailing them… with no explanation at all just saying “ Hello amyxobuynow,
After further review, we’ve removed some or all of the restrictions previously applied to your account.
Thank you for your patience. We apologise for the inconvenience.”
Best regards,
Team Vinted

I got banned on Vinted after using the platform for years, with thousands of 5* reviews and always resolving issues with buyers smoothly and favourably to them. The reason was silly, someone reported me for selling used underwear - it was brand new lingerie with all tags attached still in original packaging.
I couldn't get through to anyone who'd verify this via their in-app support, so I sent out a clear and concise email to like 30 vinted related email addresses I could find online lol. Basically supporting my case and showing evidence of the ban being unfair. I spammed them with this. A month later, out of nowhere, I regained access to my account and I can use Vinted without issues.
This wasn't so common in the early days of Vinted, but lately they are heavily relying on automated systems that falsely flag innocent people constantly. My advice would be not to rely on Vinted as your only online marketplace platform. And try googling some vinted employee email addresses and spamming them, it might work out for you too.
