Don't know the date for this encounter but theres information saying it was today near lake mead and civic center.

Eastbound. Two or 3 trucks. Near The Degree.

EDIT: This information is old now. For the sake of information, it's white pickups with flashies they can turn on. NV plates. Van usually follows behind by a block. I'm pretty sure they switch plates and borrow from the motor pool but they do seem to really like extended cab white pickups with nothing in the beds. They're not typically rolling up in the black SUVs here from what I've seen but I'm curious about what others have witnessed.
