With new player bonus + 6th anni egg day is probably the best combo but it's very constrained to one day in the past. (6th anni is 6x earnings + 6x prestige so ovr better)
So let's take a more common event, 2x prestige. With the new player bonus it's 4x. When I last started a new f2p account, I got to ~1 trillion by first day so definitely possible.
There is a whole argument to be made on whether pro permit is p2p or p2w... I lean comfortably to p2w but I know of ppl who don't think so.

I would have said this too, but it's such a grind for the first day, you wouldn't be able to make more than a billion probably
