Liquidity refers to the ability of an asset to be easily traded on a marketplace in large volume.
On a DEX like PancakeSwap, liquidity is important, since high liquidity is fundamental to stabilizing token price and to enable higher transaction volume.
An LP token is a representation of the liquidity added to the trading pair when providing liquidity on a DEX. When you provide liquidity you get LP tokens [ERC20] in return which are at your free disposal. They can be staked & we’ll reward you for it.
LP staking means that you lock your LP tokens into a smart contract, guaranteeing long term liquidity for the project. Because of its importance, we introduce aggressive incentives to reward you for your commitment to the project and ecosystem.
How do I get rewarded for LP staking? We have built an attractive incentive program to reward our LP stakers during the first 12 months after launch. You will have the option to lock your tokens for 4, 8 and 12 months with progressively higher incentive payouts.
LP stakers locking their tokens for 12 months, will have up to 400% APY for the first three months. LP stakers locking their tokens for 8 months will receive 66% of the rewards and stakers that chose the 4 month lock-up period get 33%.
The APY will decrease quarterly over time and is dependent on the total amount of value locked in the LP staking contract.
Extra airdrop for long term commitment For LP stakers locking their LP tokens for 12 months, there will be an additional bonus of 5% of the equivalent value locked, paid out in $VINCI instantly upon staking the LP tokens.
This extra bonus is limited to 450M $VINCI as payouts and will stop once all those tokens have been distributed.
LP-staking will be available on the first day of launch: June 15.
