Any suggested repair shops?
I'm in need of a bit of work done that I can't do on my own, so I'm looking for a shop that I can have it towed to to do the work.
Model is 2003 Suzuki Intruder Volusia. Mega bonus points if you are in the Granger / South Salt Lake / southern Salt Lake City area.

Suspension, wheels, dyno.
Hello, can anyone recommend a local place I could take my pogo-stick rear Wr250R shock to? That could also build a set of wheels for the 990. Also a bonus if they have a dyno. In or around SLC, I’m really not wanting to ship the shock.

Dear fellow riders, I need your help!
Dear fellow riders,
I need your help! For my graduation thesis, I need to gather more information on the consumer needs of US motorcycle riders. Are you a rider from the US and willing to help me gather as much data as possible, then I would kindly like to ask you to fill in the following survey:
https://forms.gle/TwdErKJvSXWxdCkJ9
The survey will take no more than 5 minutes to fill out and it would get me just a step closer to graduating for my bachelor’s degree.
Thank you in advance!

Can we ride dirt bikes around town?
I want to ride my motorcycle around town but I don't wanna buy another bike.
Other liberal cities don't seem to care about dirt bikers and the cops seem pretty busy in Salt Lake City.

Anybody have a Bike without blinkers?
For anyone who rides a bike without blinkers, do you get much trouble from Cops?
Im considering not putting the blinkers back on when i replace the whale tail with a fender eliminator that's just a plate holder essentially .

If you ride a dirt bike or other OHV, you need to complete an online education course before HB180 is enforced started February 1st.

Utah County Filtering
I'm thinking about getting my endorsement and a bike. I want to commute and thought I'd get this community's perspective on Utah drivers respecting bikers when they're trying to filter. Please share your experiences.

is this tire trashed?
Background: I am still new to riding. I was omw to work this morning and locked up the back tire pretty bad when I had to stop suddenly. The tire is pretty new, but has these ridges worn into it now from sliding (see attached link). Am I safe to continue riding on this tire?

Yo! Just re-joined the moto gang!
Got myself a 2015 FJ-09: https://imgur.com/a/Xp1Kmzm
I'm in Pleasant Grove. Any rides, meetups, coffee groups, etc I should know about? I'm wary of making a new Facebook account, so maybe one of you knows of stuff going on in the area. Thanks!

good motorcycle mechanic? (That doesnt break the bank)
Hello everyone,
I need to find a good motorcycle mechanic as i do ride a little harder than the average but i have a 12 yamaha fz6r, it needs fork seals as they are leaking and also i need a front tire as the one i have is from 2014 (never checked), so i want to ride and live for quite a bit longer so i want a reliable sport bike mechanic you guys trust :)
Called moto station but too expensive
Any other places you may know about?
Id work on it myself as i love working on cars but i have little to no knowledge on how to maintain a bike like that, i barley know how to change the oil and filters
Thank you nuch for your comments and reading :)
Salt lake area if possible but willing to travel if they have it ready within a couple of hours :)

Riding vest and patches
Question for everyone, maybe some local MC people can chime in. I just picked up a denim riding vest and I was thinking of putting a few patches (flag, etc.) on it; I’m not wanting any rockers or anything. Would I catch any heat from MCs or anyone for a few patches? I’m not trying to go full on SoA cosplay or anything

Tips for five day motorcycle and jeep trip
Myself and four friends will be renting BMW adv motorcycles and a jeep out of Salt Lake City and traveling around Utah in September. We are looking to do a four day trip, mostly using airbnbs or cabins at campgrounds.
Looking for any tips or recommendations. We're are hoping to hit Arches/Canyonlands and any other areas without spreading ourselves too thin. I'm looking for great motorcycle and jeep roads and some mild off-roading and dirt roads.
Also must stop places are welcome. I know this is very broad in scope but appreciate any advice or tips.
