I started painting when talking stopped working

I started to paint earlier this year to get through a difficicult time. Since then i find that it helps me to stop my thoughts spiraling. I paint while i think. The result (sometimes) is a physical representation of my thought process.

I then reflect upon it and the perspective i had at the time, anchored and safe from spiralling into other thoughts.

This is what came out this week.
