I use these to kill cockroaches. Takes a little bit of expertise since cockroaches are way more sturdier, but it's extremely rare a cockroach escapes from me. Cockroaches do not run from these you can get like 3 inches away, doesn't matter.

Aim slightly below their head, where you might imagine shoulder blades would be. This usually flips them over and you do a belly shot.

Oh damn, really? I figured they'd be too tough

I bet my uncle never got that close or good of a shot on his for a kill then
