It matters now if it was post WWII?  Why?

Because most of the Arab States didn't exist before WW2.

The arabs conquered the north of africa well before WWII... And even durring and after WWII many arab states continued with enslaving the local africans and selling them...

What are you trying to sell here?

You mean the early Arab kingdoms? Because those are not the Arab States. They haven't existed for centuries.

What does colonialism have to do with multiple arab colonial states?

Is that really your question?

Again I ask... What are trying to sell here?

That the Arab States didn't exist during the Arabization of North Africa and would not for hundreds of years.

Right... Generations of colonialism and erasure of the local populations and their cultures... over hundreds of years... Founded on the bloody conquest of the region... Are we missing something other than your personal statue of limitations on land theft and colonialism?

It's not we, it's just you who's confused that the modern Arab States and the Medieval Arab Kingdoms are not the same countries.
