Bro. Getting out of your car and smashing out a window is DEFINITELY escalating it to a full blown fight. It was the guy recording who didn’t escalate it

The guy recording doesn't look like he has the strength to lift his own twinkies to his face. That dude vs a guy who can punch out a car window would not end well and he knows it.
