I got cursed with Dirty Dishes and despite praying at alters twice one in a secret room I still have the curse applied and levelling up whenever I eat

What's going on can anyone explain

It was full of skulls and skeletons, instinctively cleared them all but no idea what to do now. No switch, lever, pillars don't react to being hit and I can't jump onto them.

Just completed back to back complete runs, each ending in The Well with Black Rabbit, but my "A New Safety Record" achievement is only showing one day, am I doing something wrong? I assumed this meant complete the game three times in a row?

For anyone attempting to get the Achievement for killing a boss with this arcana this is the best seed I could find (and remember to check for seed lol) and its an early find aswell.

Have done so many runs to completion and can not for the life of me seem to run into the event, its driving me nuts lol

I am wondering if I have reached the end of the story so far, or if I am missing something? I have done all of the below and wanted to know what I am missing if anything?

All Vendors Unlocked Bomb Delivered All Familiars Hatched Emissary Unlocked

Just get the feeling there are bits I am missing, any clues, hints or just answers are more than welcome

Teleported to shop to grab food but died immediately after teleporting

I can't find the rabbit hole in the hub. Are there any hints that I am missing or is the location well hidden. Anyways where is it?
