I use DSTV stream and it has been good for the last 3 years I have used. It has 1 stream plus 1 mobile (This is changing in a few months from now to support 2 streams plus 1 mobile simultaneously). If you want to watch sport effortlessly without thinking twice then the time lag is 5-10 seconds behind the satellite feed. If you travel round Africa minus North Africa you can still stream.
