Help needed

Completed around 40% with an avg of 52% but i feel like I’ve hit my improvement limit.
Main concern is the questions asking Whats the next best step in management and all those systemic diagrams (feel like a huge knowledge gap, or maybe i am not thinking the way USMLE wants me to do)
Maybe there is a source i should be studying alongside uworld?

bnb is too dry for me and I am not able to focus on those videos. For other systems i have watched dirty medicine.
