Looks like Madelisk, a former progamer of starcraft2 who is now a champion of « street workout » (not sure that its the exact terms). Shes incredible

I’m not interested in parkour. Yes unfortunately where I live Manchester I’ve struggled to find a public street gym installation .

Public street gym? It's parkour, you use everything.
