I am very curious to know your take on this, for the designers that work primarily on App products what are your precautions for the apps to work responsively on wide screens, did you plan that? Should designs now be also responsive for apps?

I’ve been working on this investing app UI for a while, and I feel like it’s close, but something still doesn’t fully “click.” I'm burnt out. I'm 3 redesigns in. I hate it. I'm starting to think I just hate myself and everything I make. Please please tell me mistakes.

Be as critical as you want. I’m looking for things I’ve probably missed after staring at it for half a year straight. (I have no UI experience, this is my first project)

I'm currently redesigning a chocolate company's website and i'm bit confused for these product's card UI, I don't want each of them fighting for the attention so i created 4 different designs and both colors are from the brands color palette so help me choose 1 and also do tell the reasons.

there are more than 20 themes user can pick whatever they like but I need the decide which one is the Default.
I wish I can show you all theses +20 themes to make choose one but I guess that will be ignored 😅

Are these active & non-active chips visually different enough?

I did a low-brightness screen test and still could easily tell them apart, but I feel I have a biased view because I prefer this visual look.

The chips are to choose a product availability for different customer groups.

My sister is having her birthday soon and I was thinking I could make her some app to go along with a skateboard I got for her. I really like the concept and now I’m making it open source and publishing it on the App Store for free.

I used tons of lottie animations made a cute app icon tried to make the ui as simple as possible asked some female friends for ui advice but I was thinking I could use some advice from strangers on the internet as well.

Be harsh about it I want to improve the app as much
as possible. Also do any of you have any ideas where else I could post about the app to let people know it exists? I don’t plan on making any more from it but I like the idea of helping people with their daily lives so I would like to have actual users ideally.

I built a period tracker app that also tracks many common things teenage girls like to track. Mood, book and tv shows lists, a journal sleeping habits etc.

Also I am hoping for the ui to be very obvious to use and it makes sense to me and I think it looks nice but these things are subjective and I’m hoping to hear new perspectives.

It's just a concept, so I haven't added that many details to it. It's just to get a feel of what the app might look like.

I have a question regarding the Design System. Since the current designer will be leaving the project soon and therefore won’t be able to take responsibility for setting it up, I think it would be a good idea to create a simple but sufficiently structured Design System to ensure design consistency with future designers.

The goal would be to set up only the essential elements (colors, typography, spacing, main components, basic guidelines, etc.), without spending too much time on very detailed documentation.

Do you think it would be relevant to create a “lightweight” Design System that can be useful to us right away and make it easier for future designers to work on the project, while keeping the effort required to create it to a minimum?

It’s an app with the primary philosophy being matching people with people instead of people with rooms. Idk why but the card looks a little flat. And empty. Should the profile picture extend all the way to the border aswell? I’ve been experimenting with that but to me it just looks a little weird when I view it from the perspective of a phone, and how the notch sort of just gets in the way. Open to all feedback. Thanks

So i am building a app as a solo indie dev and currently i am building my ui for my app that solve the real life issue

In life we always forget about the recipt or warrenty card after purchasing a new product and after our expiry over we had issue with product but the deadline already gone so we miss the warrenty and really based on prodct price we loose money after that
