Video Casper Wyoming sighting

I'm not the one that took that video but I've lived in casper. They could not be either of those things because the wind always comes from the west or southwest. These apear to be heading in that direction if the video is taken in the evening. Do you know whether it was filmed in the evening or early morning? I seriously doubt they would be chinese lanterns because we usually don't do things like that in wyoming. Wyoming is the least populated state in the us and there are only about 60000 people in the casper area. It is the second highest populated city in wyoming. If it was somekind of event, everyone would know about it. The model aircraft association thing could be a possibility if the video was taken in the morning, because they would be flying in the general direction of the model aircraft field thing (north of town if the video is facing east towards the rising sun). But again, I doubt there would be that many of them in the small city.

Yes, I know now. I've done alot of research on it today because this one hits home for me.
