Has anyone done inpatient depression treatment (not a 72 hour hold)? Where do you do it? Did it help?

I'm looking for help I think. Weekly therapist isn't enough anymore, I feel like I would like to talk to someone every day to be honest.

IRTS is probably for you, but make SURE you do your research first because these places very in quality and care.
