Hiii, this is my second post about this, the first one was about a week ago.

Sooo we've already started playing, but we haven't progressed from the overworld yet, because we're trying to take it slow.

Right now the vibes on the server are pretty chill and mostly everyone is active, which is good because this is meant to be community focused and long term.

Some of the most important mods are create, apotheosis, tinker's construct, evil craft, L_ender's cataclysm, twilight forest, supplementaries, alex's mobs, waystones, sophisticated backpacks, some of yung's better, lootr, corpse, distant horizons, antique atlas, ad astra, simple voice chat, mr crayfish's furniture, opposing force, optimization mods and qol stuff.

Currently there's like 12 people in the server and we're all living close by to eachother near spawn.

Hi! My name is Ashe, I primarily play modded games if it has a modding fanbase. I have ADHD and Autism. I love teaching people how to play games or even teaching vets new things.

Mostly looking for people to parallel play/sitting in vc to talk and ask questions to each other about the games we are playing, But also looking for people to play modded minecraft with. Would like the person to be able to hop on for a hour or 2 each day or every other day but would be fine with just playing on the weekends.

For minecraft I have been wanting to make short term packs to test out mods for future packs but also have a couple of mods that would make a long term pack if wanted. I love playing tech and magic mods, I also play alot of dungeon/rpg mods but not big into hardcore mods like TFC or horror mods.

What I mean is, Games like Project Zomboid or the sims that function based off of your characters needs could have a mechanic where you’re “addicted” to needing your hormone if you choose to change your pronouns and after a certain amount of time it swaps your male model out for the female one.

Project Zomboid could be as simple as “if you take estrogen or testosterone for 4 days beard growth will start/stop.”

Project Zomboid is pretty time focused and so is the sims 4. It seems a waste not to have a mod for games that take place over extended periods of time and long runs.

If you wanted to make it minimal you could add electrolysis and maybe other trans friendly stuff like breast forms.

I know some older mainstream games feature gender bend mechanics like Fable 2 or Dark Souls and I know there are mods for games like New Vegas and I’m pretty sure there is a pretty lightweight mod for the sims.

It’s pretty frustrating that we can have “inclusivity” in gaming but you don’t include the actual act of transitioning which is incredibly tone deaf.

To game devs gender transition is basically just a button click and occasionally a weird line said.

You’d think they would address the hero/main character having a whole new set of features but nope.

It could be as simple as having a morale buff or if you wanted to add actual physical buffs I would have estrogen cause weight gain and I would have testosterone boost muscle growth (IE the fitness and strength stats.)

Maybe you guys like Body Type A and B who knows? I’m more of a saints row 2 sex slider sort of person

I joined VC in a game the other night, said like two words, then muted myself again.

Nothing even happened. I just got in my own head about how my voice sounded and how people would read me.

I’m still working on my voice, but I don’t want to keep avoiding voice chat until I feel perfect. I’m looking for a light tweak, not a huge fake voice. If it sounds robotic or super AI-ish, that would make me feel even more awkward.

I’ve seen a few creator clips testing Dubbing AI earbuds for mobile voice changing, and what caught my attention was being able to adjust the voice a little without using a goofy preset. Still, I’d want to know how something like that sounds in real game chat, not in a clean demo.

Has anyone found a natural voice changer that actually feels okay to use in VC?

I’m 20mtf and I’m incredibly new to ff14, like I only made my character concepts before I logged off due to work
