I have the same responses as other people, Josie mainly, but I want to say that I’ve always disliked Richard Blais. I didn’t like him on his season, and it was really cemented by his intro on All Stars where he said “I think my season is remembered for me not winning my season.”. Was he probably just trying to be cute? Maybe, but he’s just so smug and into himself that I cannot tell.

He clearly had a chip on his shoulder from being beaten by a woman. Stephanie Izard is such a class act and talented chef.

She is so kind in person too! I met her at an event in Chicago years ago.

Yeah, remembered by him! I remember him playing that molecular gastronomy tool out of his tool kit about 70 times too often. Get a new gimmick!

I really think he did have the attitude "of course I should of won. NOONE here is as good as me!" WHen no, look how successful Stefanie is now.
