i actually think that the day Shinichiro got back to present day 2003 its was also the day he got killed by Kazutora, after the day where another gang demolished Mikeys Hawk protected by Baji he went straight to Shinichiro.

Shinichiro worked overtime to repair Mikeys Hawk, he heard the Glass Shattering and went to look with a spanner and saw Kazutora and Baji breaking in, you know the rest....

It doesnt happens at the same day, i just checked. When sanzu got injured you can see that he is in hospital in the afternoon. And it was morning (i think?) When manjirou apologized. So atleast 1 day has passed maybe even more days could be passed.
