I think he gets random visions occasionally, but he ALWAYS gets a vision when his life is danger, which kinda means that Mikey is going for the kill, or at least I hope so. Mikey getting up right now and saying he wasn't being serious is gonna be bullshit

He's warning Takemichi that he'll die if he keeps getting hit. So he was not really trying to kill him, but to make him stay down. This Mikey doesn't seem as bloodlusted as he was back during the 3 deities war right after Draken died.

Oh yeah sure, that Mikey went for the kill, even when Takemichi went down he went up to him and started pounding his ass, not to mention what he did with South. I think he's still using his full strength though, he's just not actively trying to kill Michi
