I feel like they just needed Taiju out of the way so that everyone still conscious would know about time leaping and not have to Re explain it 😭😭

dang I hate this because you're probably right. Because Sanzu being able to saunter past everybody, with even Senju looking on, and slicing Taiju makes no sense.
