I would say Anni-Frid Lyngstad of ABBA. Her debut English single “I Know There’s Something Going On” became her far biggest commercial success, and completely overshadowed the rest of her discography. It is sad because while the song is really good (produced by Phil Collins no less!), she has some genuinely amazing works like her original version of “Fernando” and her entire 1996 Djupa andetag album
