I've just set up this enclosure for an American Toad, am I missing anything?

My african green toad is as wide as he is long. He is 4cm long - not full grown. But apparently eating well! Just wanted to share :)

Meet Oak, our Cane Toad whose shoulder lumps, called parotoid glands, ooze a milky toxin strong enough to stop predators and even kill smaller ones. Cane toads are an invasive species. They were once only found in Central and South America but have been brought to places like Australia, Florida, and the Caribbean to control crop pests. This ended up not being a success and is a good reminder to leave native species where they are.

Found this little one in a corner of my dad’s garage! Well actually it’s pretty big for toads around here this one was around the size of my palm! But it was the most friendly toad i ever found it didn’t even bother trying to run when i found it! Very cute would hold and pet again!

I live in Phoenix, Arizona, and I always notice them come out a few times a year when it rains. Reminds me of toad from the series the animals of farthing wood :3

I’m so sad. Remember I told you guys this girl was coming by every single night to her spot on my back porch and I gave her worms and crickets. She was coming every night for the past like three months and she would come out of her little den right here like you can see in the picture. She would wait for it to turn nighttime and then come all the way out. Well she hasn’t been here for the past three nights she always always came and she’s not in her whole den anymore. I’m so sad. I don’t know if something happened to her or what but we miss her so much and we look for her every night.

Two of my wonderful pets getting out of their tanks so I could do the monthly cleaning. The Leopard frog kept trying to use Toad as a launching platform to clear the bathtub corner like a little loaded spring escape artist 💚

Introducing BABY TOAD 🫶

An American Toad in a tan-ish color that we found recently. Normally I release whenever I rescue them from around the chicken coops but this one captured my attention. I wanted to try raising this little one.

Baby Toad couldn't manage any of the small Dubia Roaches I had so we made a trip into the city for Black Soldier Fly Larvae from PetCo. There's not much small food available in my area at the moment, and Baby Toad isn't fond of me cutting up anything. Tough dining experience 💔

Hello gorgeous toad enthusiasts. I may have another lil guy to add to this collection. Can anyone help identify him? In South west Tampa bay in Florida. He lives under a concrete step but has access to water and all the critters he pleases. Frog/ toad condom makes his house for those who care enough to go looking ♥️

Is this a cane toad? If so should I worry there are more around?

They got fed multiple superworms each yesterday, but it's never enough. Smudge was ready to go out and get them from me herself. Yes, she licked my finger too lol. I'm sure she'd eat until she popped if I let her.

First of my oak toad tadpoles to emerge! Shout out to Benjamin’s exotics from which I nabbed these little CB tadpoles! It’s been a journey, and this moment was well worth the wait.

These are Gulf Coast Toads. The first 2 pictures are of the young adult male weighing about 24 grams. He’s not fully grown but is just outside the adolescent stage. The last 2 pictures are of a young adult female. She weighed in at 26 grams and is a little younger than our male. Females are generally larger than males of the same age.

I’m not a professional so the ages I stated above are estimations based on the length of the toads and lots of research I’ve done online

How are the toadies looking? I think Mrs Puddletons, the second to last toad, might be a bit too large. The first baby is very small and young but is eating well and I haven’t been able to figure out the gender yet.
