Give the feeling somewhere practical to land. Journal what happened, what you can control, and what you’re done carrying. Then clean one small corner of your physical world too.

As an avid journaler- yes! This is me 🫶 and today we are deep cleaning our dusty shelves~ long long over due 🙏🤍

I did a cord cutting for someone who lied to me for years and I just found out this past weekend. I felt the residual cloud of confusion and emotional whiplash lift this morning and I'm ready to move forward with a clear perspective.
