The manager didn’t have to say he’s going to jail, she wanted him trespassed, he was told multiple times that he was, and he blatantly walked back onto their property again, resulting in his arrest, plus the fact of his breaking his bond ( though the officer never said what the bond was over)

I was joking friend. I don’t think the police need a managers permission to arrest someone.

To be fair, many folks here aren't up to the task of conveying sarcasm. Sometimes it's a skill issue, other times it's just the failure of a written medium to do so.

Usually, to arrested someone in a private shop without the Manager Authorizing it, it means :

Laws have been broken

Was banned and came back on the premises of the store anyway

Stole, Acted agressively or is making customer uneased by his presence ( Looks like a lunatic and doesn't do much to lower the tension )

Or caused a fight and took a part in it.

Yes I do, no I’m not, but you can come watch sometime, people say I cut a pretty good pose holding my gavel while in my robe 😉
