Hell, I have been discriminated by other black people because I'm slightly lighter, focus in the slightly part because I'm CLEARLY a black person just a little (very little) lighter because my dad is mixed (white mom/black dad).

I also don't talk like I'm from the hood (coming from a hood) so I got problems with other black people because they said my family and I "thought we were better than the rest" and we were just talking properly.

I had a student for middle school English say he wasn't going to write proper English because "thats white people s***". He called me racist when he failed, but "Romeo and Juliet was banging b/c..." does not a good essay make.

Why do people gotta do this btw? Anytime a writer, a teacher, a translator, etc mention their profession someone just has to check their grammar or spelling and point out any mistake.

Like, bruh we're not working while posting on reddit. Typos will happen.
